Job Profile:
- To cover Government projects, builders, related architects, contractors, Govt. Depts.
- Conducting extensive field activities & follow up on potential clients.
- Preparation for future projects details or previous projects & other activities.
- Responsible for Market and Competitor Analysis.
- Meeting with Architects/ Builders/ Promoters/contractors/Govt. Depts. & other institutional clients on regular basis
- Getting specification/approvals in major Govt. departments/PSUs
- To achieve desired business from their designated territory.
Desired Skills:
- Strong desire to achieve business numbers in Government sales with at least 5+ years of similar experience
- Proven success in expanding markets
- Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills
- Good Energy Level. Should be able to travel.
